Today we ran at liberty we did one lap arond the park as a warm up and then we did two 800s and my first time was 4:24 and my second was 4:30 my time could have been better but my ankle is really sore. Then we ran a cool down lap finishing for my 5 miles. I think i did a lot better then i did yesterday and if i keep pushing i should get up to everone else and have really good mileage.

Today we met at sunny side but we ran away from sunny side i could'nt tell you excactly were we ran to but the turn around point was at a drinking fountain and that was about 2.25 miles then we ran back. I got stuck at two really really long lights so it took me longer to get back. My ankle still really hurts but its getting better and so will my mileage. Im not excactly sure if the run was 4.5 mile but that what taylor thought it was.

Todays run was good we ran at cottonwood complex the warm up was about 2 miles it was nice and easy.

we did 8 strides, my ankle really hurt after the strides.

we stretched

then we ran bessie i only ran it twice because my ankle was killing me.

For cool down we jogged the regions route

we were going to play ultimate frisbee but everyone got to hot and did'nt want to play.

im working on my ankle like bill told me to do i cant tell if its working yet but that is probably because i just started yesterday.

today we went up to pipeline

I actually ran pipeline this time and i got way further than i did last time i also tried to run the whole thing but i slipped on a rock a slid down the mountain a little so i walked a little after that.

I got lost at the fork in the road by the bridge i took the path on the right and ran about a half of a mile the relized i was going the wrong way and turned around.

Then on my way back down i tripped fell but i didnt get cut as bad as natalie it wasnt even close to how bad hers was. But im extremely squeemish around blood so i had to keep running and not look at my knee or i would get sick.

Todays run was really good pipeline is my favorite so far.

today we ran at liberty park

Did one lap as warm up, my ankle really stared to hurt after that, I came in last like i always do.

Did fireman, couldnt finish with the group because my ankle hurt.

Then ran a cool down, (which was shorter then most people did.)

Today was good but i was really hot after.

Today is 7-11 which means free slurpee day which means slurpee run.

I didnt actually do the run because i know i would get lost

And i didnt chug slurpees down either because i know i would throw it up as soon as i started to run.

Going back up to sunny side was way hard i never knew that hill was that big untill i walked it..... i had no energy left to run it.

I still Love SLURPEES!!!!!!

Im thinking about going and getting one right now.... Mabey I should mix all the flavor and see what it tastes like.

Today we ran at wheeler park

Ran a warm up lap.... got lost while running but i found another runner who new were she was going. Then by the gate i steped in a really big puddle and the girl sprinted off and i got lost again but travis and blake and becca were behind me so i ran with them.

did 1 minute on 1 minute off for twenty minutes.

then did 4 sets of strides... we got second place(only because the winning team had bill)

Then we did a two mile cool down

and ate watermelon the seond one not the first some hobo probably took the first one.

Today we ran at jcc up dry creek i only wen to the pile of rocks and found blake becca scot mike and travis so i went back with scott and travis.

Run at sugarhouse park

did one inside grass lap for warm up

played 21 we ran up a hill and ran back to get a card i lost both games we played the first one was a 400 and the second was a 200, on the last two of the 200 my throat was really dry and it was making it really hard to breath so i didnt run them but it didnt matter i already busted i had 22.

then we did cool down i didnt do the grass lap i just ran to the cars i was to sore to run a whole lap.

I was also the only freshman girl there so i was always last.

Good news i saw a dog today.

my hip really and so did left calv really hurt today

did a lap of 20 off 40 on i keot losing count so it was really hard.

tried to run cooldown but i hurt to much but i ran to the metal thing and back..

did core

and got attacked by sprinklers

also got liked by a dog.....

Today we ran from sugar house park

We were supposed to go to the cemitary but me and Michelle didnt, we got really lost but we found are way back and got 5

Did my core.... which consists of girl push ups and sit ups.

Played just dance 2 with taylor it was an all out dance battle.

Taylor quit first..... I WON!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we ran from sunnyside

 We were supposed to make to the flag pole by the hogle zoo....I didnt of course i always get lost or cunfused.

I was running the right way but then nobody was around me so i thouht i was lost so i turned around and went up to the trail by the hogle zoo but couldnt find the flag pole or hogle zoo so i went back down started going back the other way i started for like half a mile then turned around because i thought everone else was done.

Did core at park

Bill convinced me to try and run the 10k on monday so we will see how that goes.

I got really confused on the warm up and got back befor every one else so bill made me run it again but i got it right the second time.

Everyone was doing strides when i got back i did four of them everyone else did 6

Ran at pipeline

Today was an easy run and pipeline is my favorite place to run at so the run was all around good.

Im not so sure if i really want to run the 10 k on monday i have never actually run in a race and i have never ran more then 5 miles in a day. also my throat gets really dry really quick and it makes it hard to breath.

First race of the cross country season

I didnt do a really big warm up because i Knew i would get tired during the race because of it.

I think i did ok for it being my first race it was really tiring but going along the parade route was really fun and all the people cheering helped me push.

At the second aid station i got soaked with water which felt really nice.

At the part of the race some little kid beat which really made me sad (also i was the last from our cross country team to finish)

I tripped three time during the race which was not fun there was either too many potholes or i am really clumsy.

I finished before 68 people.

today We ran at fairmont park

Did 2 laps for warm up. I was so proud of myself because i was keeping up with bill even though we were both hurting.

Then we sat down and streched and talked about our races.

Then we got up and ran another 2 laps i was running with bill again but then i had to tie my shoe twice and i couldnt go back up with him so i finished on my own.

Today we ran at sunnyside

Ran down to the gully and did a lap and a half then back to sunnyside

Did stretching

did some weird drill thing

Did squats

Did relay strides:grape vine thing,duck walks,sprinting.(duck walking really hurts)

1 large lap for cool down(i didnt do the whole thing because i was sore).

Im going hikeing to prepare for girls camp today(i will write how many miles it is when i find out). The hike was 3 miles.

Rock run

I made it to the bottom of the of the big hill but i was too tired to go up it.

I ran back with camille and sage.
