Today we ran at sunnyside
Ran down to the gully and did a lap and a half then back to sunnyside
Did stretching
did some weird drill thing
Did squats
Did relay strides:grape vine thing,duck walks,sprinting.(duck walking really hurts)
1 large lap for cool down(i didnt do the whole thing because i was sore).
Im going hikeing to prepare for girls camp today(i will write how many miles it is when i find out). The hike was 3 miles.
Good news i saw a dog today.
