Today we ran at liberty we did one lap arond the park as a warm up and then we did two 800s and my first time was 4:24 and my second was 4:30 my time could have been better but my ankle is really sore. Then we ran a cool down lap finishing for my 5 miles. I think i did a lot better then i did yesterday and if i keep pushing i should get up to everone else and have really good mileage. |
