Todays run was good we ran at cottonwood complex the warm up was about 2 miles it was nice and easy.
we did 8 strides, my ankle really hurt after the strides.
we stretched
then we ran bessie i only ran it twice because my ankle was killing me.
For cool down we jogged the regions route
we were going to play ultimate frisbee but everyone got to hot and did'nt want to play.
im working on my ankle like bill told me to do i cant tell if its working yet but that is probably because i just started yesterday. |
